DOLPHINS STADIUM, Miami Gardens FL
Under pressure to renovate Dolphin Stadium in time for Superbowl XLI, HJ Foundation was able to compress a traditional 3 month schedule into a six week schedule. HJ Foundation was able to utilize 4 rigs, with one rig being a low headroom rig, to install the 600 piles during the Florida Marlin’s first month of baseball season. HJ’s aggressive schedule helped to start the structural excavation early and open the stadium in time for the Superbowl.

Marina Blue
Hyperion Development Group’s Marina Blue is situated at 800 Biscayne Boulevard. Construction of the 629-foot-high, 60-story, curvilinear structure required HJ Foundation to install approximately 300, 30-inch diameter piles 122 feet deep.
