Ease of Contracting:

When the general contractor was having contractual issues with their previous piling contractor, HJ Foundation was contacted.   Within that same day, HJ foundation and the general contractor were able to reach an agreement and execute a contract. Shortly after, HJ Foundation completed and received approved submittals while mobilizing equipment to the site to begin work.

 

We’re the Fastest – Guaranteed Schedule:

HJ Foundation agreed to complete the installation of +1,000 piles while working off of crane mats in just nine weeks.  Despite having to work through a spell of Louisiana’s rainy weather and install additional piles per design changes, we are proud to say we completed the pile installation two weeks early.  Further, the follow-on trades were able to mobilize and work productively in areas of completed pile installation earlier than scheduled, saving our client time and money.

 

Lump Sum Guaranteed Price:

Despite extremely challenging working conditions due to poor weather, HJ Foundation successfully covered the client from prudent risks while providing quality piles ahead of schedule.  As a result, no unforeseen change orders were incurred.

 

Services Provided:

• 1,000+ augered piles

• 14-inch diameter (53-ton compression piles)

Scope of Work:

• Production pile installation

• Install all pile rebar and grout

• Stockpile on-site all augered spoils and waste grout

• Shooting all grades
