HOTEL VICTOR, Miami Beach FL
The Hotel Victor is located mere inches away from the historic Versace Mansion on Miami Beach’s Ocean Drive. Due to concerns with working in such close proximity to a historic structure, HJ Foundation took measures to ensure the successful completion of the hotel project, while also ensuring the stability of the mansion. HJ Foundation installed piles in open headroom and 29-foot piles with only 12 feet of headroom.

Marina Blue
Hyperion Development Group’s Marina Blue is situated at 800 Biscayne Boulevard. Construction of the 629-foot-high, 60-story, curvilinear structure required HJ Foundation to install approximately 300, 30-inch diameter piles 122 feet deep.
