KNIGHT CONCERT HALL, Miami FL
The Carnival Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Miami was a significant project for HJ Foundation. The Center consists of two buildings, separated by Biscayne Boulevard. HJ Foundation constructed a system of underground tunnels connecting the two structures using design build earth retention systems. This enabled efficient transportation of people and materials from one building to the other without detracting from the visual appeal of the building.

Marina Blue
Hyperion Development Group’s Marina Blue is situated at 800 Biscayne Boulevard. Construction of the 629-foot-high, 60-story, curvilinear structure required HJ Foundation to install approximately 300, 30-inch diameter piles 122 feet deep.
