6000 INDIAN CREEK, Miami FL
When BSG Development Corp. partnered with The Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership in planning one of Miami’s most cutting-edge high rise developments, HJ Foundation was eager to participate in the building’s construction. The building’s unique location on the Intracoastal Waterway creates spectacular views for residents, but also presented a series of challenges for HJ. HJ Foundation engineered a solution to allow for the 24’ deep excavation, then installed 660 wall feet of permanent sheet piling and bracing against the Intracoastal Waterway.

Marina Blue
Hyperion Development Group’s Marina Blue is situated at 800 Biscayne Boulevard. Construction of the 629-foot-high, 60-story, curvilinear structure required HJ Foundation to install approximately 300, 30-inch diameter piles 122 feet deep.
