MARINA BLUE, Miami FL
Hyperion Development Group’s Marina Blue is situated at 800 Biscayne Boulevard. Construction of the 629-foot-high, 60-story, curvilinear structure required HJ Foundation to install approximately 300, 30-inch diameter piles 122 feet deep. At the time, these piles were the largest and longest augercast piles available on the market. HJ’s ability to manufacture our equipment in-house, allowed us to not only propose such massive piles, but to install and test the piles with both confidence and ease.
