Vibro compaction utilizes a vibrating probe to consolidate soils to depths of 20-40 feet as required to provide foundation support. Vibro compaction is appropriate in granular soils while vibro replacement techniques using stone backfill are effective in finer grained soils. Vibro can be an economical foundation alternative for low to mid-rise structures.

Shoring is required where a site will be excavated to any significant depth. HJ Foundation provides complete shoring systems designed to meet specific project requirements. The elements of a shoring system may include augered piling walls, sheet piling and anchored Tremie Seals.
